We were looking for a car for our son who has recently acquired his provisional licence. We had a vehicle in mind and visited your premises only to learn that we were too late, the vehicle was sold. That did not matter as you had a great selection of cars to choose from. We found a lovely Audi A1 where we made the purchase and were delighted with the service provided. Excellent service from Connor and Ben and the team. My father purchased a car from Auto Venue, the team were so helpful and accommodating from the initial visit and test drive, throughout the sales process (which was really quick and straightforward) and to dropping the car off with Dad and making sure he had all the paperwork and doing a run through on the vehicle controls and set up. Certainly will go to Google to add a review, I did say I would too when Adam was here as your dealership and the photos made you stand out from the rest and why we felt comfortable not coming to Newport to see the vehicle. Just seeing the setup you had there and speaking to you gave us the confidence and assurance.

Excellent service, overwhelmed with how helpful and considerate Ben and his team are, seeing how concerned my husband was with a new car, and driving in a strange area, they provided him with a sat nav, filled up the tank, charged his phone, above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement, so patient, amazing helpful, re assuring, I cannot express how fantastic these guys are.

I'm in my 60s and never ever bought a used car without first seeing and test driving it. I needed an automatic as im disabled and couldn't find the right car near where i live. I found the right car at Autovenue but i was 200 miles away. They were so friendly and helpful on the phone not a bit pushy or intimidating like some car dealers I'd contacted. I bought the car and had it delivered within 2 days they explained everything to me they were just great the driver who delivered the car was brilliant and went through everything we went for a drive and I absolutely love the car. Highly recommend Autovenue to anyone.
